• Email tracking and analytics
• Lead management and organization features

As a user of Margo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limits
• Obtain proper consent before sending marketing emails

You may not use Margo to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam laws
• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Damages resulting from emails sent through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Margo's individual operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or send through the Service

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory rights and protections available to you.
